OVERVIEW This website is operated by RIDA RESORT. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RIDA RESORT. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color representation on all devices.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS Please review our full Return Policy here. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygiene stickers attached. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

For EU customers, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under applicable consumer protection laws.
