My Returns Policy: What You Need to Know

Since I’m a start-up, I rely on steady cash flow to keep things running. So, I can only accept returns for change of mind for store credit. I want you to love your new swimwear, and if it’s just not working, I’ll give you store credit to grab something else you’ll adore.

But don’t stress—if your swimwear is faulty I’ll take care of it. I’m all about making sure you’re happy with your RIDA experience, from the fit to the fabric. If there’s an issue with your product, I’ll make it right with a full refund.

How to Return Your RIDA Swimwear (USA & Australia)

For Returns to the USA Warehouse (from the USA):

  • Pack up your unworn, unwashed swimwear (with the tags still on, of course) and reach out to me at sendhelp@ridaresort.com for your return instructions and approval.
  • You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost but don’t worry—I’ll guide you through it. Once I get your return, I’ll issue you store credit for the value of the returned items.

For Returns from Australia:

  • Pack your unworn, unwashed swimwear (with tags still attached) and send it back to my USA warehouse.
  • I’ll send you all the details you need when you email me at sendhelp@ridaresort.com.
  • You’ll cover the return shipping, and once I get it, I’ll issue you store credit for the full value of the returned items.

Faulty Products: Full Refunds

If there’s something wrong with your swimwear—like it’s faulty or doesn’t match the description—don’t worry, I’ve got you. If your product’s not up to par, I’ll issue a full refund and make sure the process is as smooth as possible.

How to Return Faulty Items:

  • If you think your swimwear is faulty, hit me up at sendhelp@ridaresort.com and I’ll walk you through the process.
  • I’ll help you return the faulty item and get your full refund sorted, fast.

Things to Keep in Mind:

  • You’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to make your return.
  • All returns must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
