RÍDA Resort Swimwear FAQ: All Your Burning Questions, Answered
Hey, RÍDA gang! I know you've got questions, and I'm here to give you all the answers. Whether you're new to the RÍDA family or a seasoned beach babe, here's everything you need to know about my swimwear and how we roll.
1. How do I find my perfect size?
I got you, babe! My swimwear is designed to fit beautifully on every body. To make sure you’re rocking the perfect fit, check out our size guide to find your match. If you’re still unsure, hit me up at sendhelp@ridaresort.com, and I’ll help you out!
2. Do you offer free shipping?
You bet I do! For my Aussie & USA babes, it’s free standard shipping. Plus, if you’re a big spender in the US, you’ll get upgraded to express shipping for just $5.
3. Can I return my RÍDA swimwear?
Of course, I’m all about making sure you’re obsessed with your swimwear. If you change your mind in 30 days, I’ll give you store credit. But if your swimwear is faulty or not as described, I’ll give you a full refund. For returns, email me at sendhelp@ridaresort.com, and I’ll guide you through the process.
As for accessories, these are yours for keeps (no returns) unless faulty. That goes for hats and charms.
4. What if my swimwear is faulty?
If your piece isn’t up to standard, don’t worry, I’ll make it right! I’ll give you a full refund if your product is faulty. Just reach out to me at sendhelp@ridaresort.com, and I’ll help you with the return.
5. How long will it take to get my order?
I like to move fast—USA orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days for standard shipping, or 1-2 business days with express shipping. Aussie babes, you’re looking at 5-8 business days for your deliveries, but with free standard shipping!
6. Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Once I’ve got your order, I’m on it like a wave! I work fast to get your order packed and shipped, so unfortunately, I can’t change or cancel it once it’s confirmed. But if something's up, hit me up at sendhelp@ridaresort.com, and I’ll do my best to help.
7. Do you restock sold-out items?
I’m constantly bringing in fresh pieces for you, so if something’s sold out, it might not come back. But, don’t panic! I drop new styles often, so keep your eyes peeled and join the RÍDA gang newsletter in the footer to stay in the loop. You don’t want to miss out!
8. How do I care for my RÍDA swimwear?
You want your swimwear to last, right? Give it some TLC! RÍDA swimwear is made from premium materials, so hand wash it with love in cold water, and lay it flat to dry. Avoid chlorine and fabric softeners—let your bikini shine for seasons to come!
