What It Means

• Every RÍDA bikini is made to last for more than one summer.

• If your bikini has a real problem in the first 12 months, we’ll fix it or send you a new one.

What’s Covered

✔️ Seams or straps coming undone
✔️ Clasps, charms, or ties breaking
✔️ Fabric ripping under normal use
✔️ Any fault that makes it hard to wear

What’s Not Covered

❌ Normal use (like slight fading, stretching, or pilling)
❌ Damage from pools with lots of chemicals, bleach, or washing machines
❌ Lost or stolen bikinis

How It Works

1. Email us at sendhelp@ridaresort.com with your order number and a photo of the problem.

2. We’ll check your claim within 5 business days.

3. If it’s covered, we’ll fix it or replace it. If your style is sold out, we’ll send you another one you love or give you store credit.
